i found the key pass system very easy to use! the en-suite room provided all essential facilities and was noticeably clean. the location was convenient, close to shops and the seafront. i also thought it was excellent value for the money paid.

the room had a small, bright green light on the ceiling that stayed on all night, and it did impact sleep slightly.

The staff was indeed very friendly and helpful. They allow storage of bags before check in. They even upgraded us to a larger room, this room was quite comfortable. It also had a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment.

A very bright green light was there on the ceiling all night long. This green light did not help with sleep at all. I did not get enough sleep because of this.

The hotel offered a reception area accessible to guests and staff assisted with luggage. Rooms included a refrigerator, a lamp, and also a fan, very useful during warm days. Cooking facilities, a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar were also provided.

The staff helped carry luggage from my car right to the front door. I find it very convenient, especially with heavy bags. The receptionist explained all procedures clearly, so I did not have questions.
